Ah, but the original context was a moat full of wolves.

I'm going to have to install a reverse moat, I think. No space to add a regular one without cutting into the stockpiles, so I'll have to wall things in.

Why not just build half a reverse moat.  (It's called a wall.)

I HAVE a wall. I just want a magma moat as well.

Why? Because it'll steam when it rains, since I'm in the wettest desert ever. It's been raining seven years out of ten, I swear.
