Just letting you know, I DLed and unzipped your game, and it wouldn't load right (window would appear, and mouse cursor changed but game never came up).  Tried it with both fullscreen and windowed mode.

I'm having a similar problem, I can get it to run now but I get 1 FPS. I have to go to work, then I'll see if I can get it to run at decent speed. At it's current speed, it would take me two weeks of nonstop playing to get a year to go by.

You may have to adjust the graphics settings. It's currently set up to work properly on my laptop, and that may not work for your computer. You may also want to adjust the interface.txt file as well, since it's also set up for my laptop (no keypad).

Either your computer is a beast or something is wrong. Even importing settings from another version of the game that runs at normal speeds, I can't get a single FPS.

My laptop isn't that impressive, so something much be wrong.

I'll mess with it when I get home. See if I can figure something out.

*sigh* Didn't have this problem last succession game...
