Promoting members.

How does promoting members and setting up separate groups work?  I want to separate my LCS into a few small cells, which if lost, won't compromise the whole group.  Unfortunately I can't seem to promote anyone or divide anything as I see fit.

Unfortunately at the moment there doesn't seem to be a way to demote members, only promote them. Promoting mainly means that they move from having their contact (recruiter) from one liberal onto your founder.

If you want to have liberals not under your founder, you're going to have to make another liberal recruit them instead of your founder.
