DF window showing in the wrong place =(

I'm using Mike Mayday's d11 tileset, and I have a problem: The DF window appears a few dozens of pixels to the bottom right of the screen corner. Is there a way to control where the window is positioned?

Clicking on the title bar and moving the mouse?
