What utilities work with 40d 13?

I was wondering if you knew what utilities that work with the 40d 13 version of the game. I'm asking since I found the PERFECT place for my fort, except I forgot to check for sand. And now I don't want to abandon the fort, but I also want sand. I tried Gibbed's tweak, didn't work, so I turn here for help.

Tweak works, at least partially, with .40d.  It has not been updated for the .40d# testing series.

Download .40d, unpack it in a different directory than .40d13, move the .40d13 data/save and raw/objects folders to .40d.  Launch .40d, load the fort, run Tweak, do your edit.  Move the folders back to .40d13.

In general, Tweak is extremely version dependent and has little or no automatic detection of version-specific information.
