I can play the saxophone, but I haven't done it in a long time.

The Keyboard/piano (I can't keep Finger Strength appropriate for the Piano) but not very well at all.

You need to buy yourself a book of exercises for the piano, and play a couple every day.  They involve all your fingers and are hecka fast, so your hands might be sore for the first week or two, but its really the only way to build up finger strength.

Also, I think I'm pretty damn good at the guiro.

Id rather find a book of exercises for the voice that teaches you how to bridge from the Pre-puberty boy voice to something resembling what a man would sound like.

I don't think I am supposed to find it easier to sing songs written for females

Though the age old story of "Used to be a great singer until my voice changed" is quite common I actually find it disheartening not to sing because I likely don't sing well enough for people to tollerate. (Well that and I have the common problem of being incapable of keeping appropriate volume with music on... The Chorus effect!)

Tried to learn the trumpet when I was a kid, didn't get far though. 

Can still remember the smell of it for some reason, trumpets smell awesome.

My Bro plays the Guitar rather well and is trying to learn the Keyboard

He tried to learn the Sax but it was too loud (even after stuffing socks in it) for anyone in the house to stand and he can only play in his room.

I have a mandolin and a few different kinds of guitars.

Trumpet here.  Grade 3 pushing grade 4.  I have the breath for it, but it starts to become a struggle on the lips on higher notes.
