As you can tell from a member search, he recreated his account almost immediately.  Which means all that's really happened is that he's managed to wipe his warning log (knowingly or not, I have no idea).

So I've removed the ability for people to delete their own accounts.  I'd have preferred to keep it in, so that people could remove their information from the site at will, but it's a moderation hazard, and this isn't the first time it has been abused.  It not only wipes the warning log, but it makes it hard to find any messages that were posted by the deleted account.

Now, to anybody who'd like his or her own account removed for whatever reason, please PM me.

There's no need to pile on.  Maybe he still wanted to browse the forum with the "new posts" indicator on topics and so on, or maybe he regretted his decision to delete/leave, as has happened a few times in the past.  Anyway, I'll lock this now.
