Bone meal?

I stumbled upon a wiki page that talked about "bone meal", and questioned whether it was included in version 38c.

Is it still around? If so, only available from merchants, I'm guessing?

You find it in the [REDACTED] with all the other [REDACTED] in the [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED].

Okay, some of those [REDACTED]s weren't necessary, but I have seen elf bone meal in the few times I've [REDACTED] the [REDACTED].
