Actually, that was sorta amusing. Because the first time an ambush arrived, about fifty peasants pulled out crossbows. It was sorta like a bunch of goblins walked into the ghetto accidentally wearing the colours of a gang.

I just got an awesome image of a bunch of thug dwarfs standing around. One of the them notices an unlucky goblin walking about, and the dwarf notices he's wearing a red shirt. He lets the others know, and they all pull out their crossbows sideways and shoot the poor lost goblin.
