If you grab the new fmod DLL here:

and put it with the Armok Exe file, does the music play?

The FMOD people say their newer DLL will fix the XP issue. Apparently XP changed some of the registry information around, and that confused FMOD.

Let me know if this works. If not, I'll be in contact with the FMOD people, and we'll eventually solve the problem.
