Livers generally tend to be delicious. Pig livers especially. Another delicacy I enjoy are brains.

Anyway, Fossaman has a point - pretty much all bits of a dead animal can be used. When my family slaughtered pigs, the only part that got thrown away were the hooves (well, poo doesn't count as a part of the pig).

I always thought of chunks as especially gristly meat and bones. Exactly the stuff you use to make broth.

Maybe butchering animals will drop chunks AND organs.

I've had dogs before that LOVED to chew on the dried cow hooves you can buy in pet stores.
