Tolerance of faith-based healing gets innocent children killed.  That's my big one.

Fortunately, in most places in the USA, the gov't doesn't recognize faith based healing at all--which means "I prayed for my kid!" is identical to "I didn't take my kid to the hospital!", and then they take your kids away.

Generally when the religion's mandates stop being personal rules for the follower's own conduct.

In the case of faith healing, the mandate of the religion is the personal rule that you don't take children to the hospital. That belief is dangerous. I would say it wrong to hold.

But the follower's own conduct influences those around him. Taking a break to pray will disrupt the whole workplace if you happen to be working at, say, an assembly line. Anything involving teamwork, really. Anything where others depend on you doing your job.
And yeah, as Wiggles points out a rule that tells you how to behave towards other people is still a rule for your own personal conduct, even if it tells you to behave badly towards them.

Well, a manned assembly lines I worked on, or in this case unloading lines, sorta require you to poo/pee before/after work and during any breaks for this very reason.

Again, reasonable accommodation is left vague on purpose. Presumably the praying person would also still be beheld to bodily functions, since you equate to bathroom breaks and praying breaks, then we can also say that someone poo and prays is taking more breaks then others. Being more disruptive to the the assembly line.

I worked at an assembly line where this happens. Nope, doesn't affect productivity or profit in the least. The praying people just work harder and faster or take shorter lunch breaks to make up for it.
