Sand, magma pipe, hfs, 2 chasms, a few trees, iron, underground river and a huge flat piece of land suitable for megaprojects. Can be moved slightly to make a 4x8 without chasms but a larger usable portion of cave river and flux.

Default Large world, seed 1819294088, 40d stock with catfix.

Couldn't find flux or bauxite but they can be imported from civs. If you cant get it from any, re-gen with different history seed.
