Basically you can place any tile any where ,nay object, link objects, set when specific events will occur such as an erruption or siege and set goals.
Then you save it as a region.

this could be quite good for adventure-forts.

however, most things can already be done with clever machines.

and liberal applications of magma to the adventurer-afflicted area.

This sounds like a neat idea, but I would like it if there was still some degree of random generation - so that the creator can still have some fun with it, aye?
