I dunno if this is a bug or not, but a dwarven caravan and an elven merchant train showed up at the same time.  It doesn't help that the Human diplomat is still tailing my Trader who refuses to stop planting no matter what I do.  I'll scum the save if you want it.

EDIT: On a different note, I noticed that when I'm getting constructions ready and 'floating' away from the others to get the size right, instead of telling my site is inaccessible it'll tell me that it doesn't have "# non-economic building materials" or somesuch.

The second issue, regarding non-economic building materials, means "sure, someone could theoretically stand in a place that lets you build the thing.  but they wouldn't be able to reach anything to build it with from there".  There's no real concept of being inaccessible because it's quite possible to strand your dwarves places in creative ways; the only truly inaccessible places are usually in solid rock.  I'm not quite sure why it doesn't think that one in the sky is inaccessible...that's a little weird actually.

Two traders showing up at the same time isn't a problem. You are able to pick which one you want to trade with.
