I need a dwarf for stone craftsmanship, i have set up a Craftsdwarf's workshop, but i have no idea how to assign a dwarf to work there.

'v' over a dwarf, hit 'p', then 'l'. Scroll down using +- on the numpad until you see Stonecrafting. Hit enter to activate the labor for the dwarf.

There's more than one page. You can use + or - to scroll through them, and / or * to jump through entire pages... Those are default controls I believe.

There is an engraving of three dwarves in a dining room. The third dwarf is a soaper.

Nope, no more options, it contains:
Health Care
Stone Hauling
Wood Hauling
Item Hauling
Burial
Food Hauling
Refuse Hauling
Furniture Hauling
Animal Hauling
Cleaning

When i go to the bottom it scrolls back up.
(I tried uploading an image, but photobuckets uploader is glitched at the moment, and closes the browser)

It doesn't even have all the other jobs grayed out? It looks like you blanked your entity default file.

Time to download DF fresh.

Just swapped it out, the old file was half the size  ::)

Swapped out the whole folder to make sure, works fine now.
