That could be a useful way of harvesting bones and skulls and meat, have a pitfall about 2x2 with a pump thereand up one z-level have a refuse stockpile and butcher shop, all the animals go in and meat and bones come out

I've got a better one, a secret hatch on the floor flips upward, launching the victim through a hole in the wall lined with tiny, sharp wires that break on impact, preventing an early death, he then hits a wall on the other side, falling into a glue-lined sheet of sandpaper, which folds in on itself with his weight and glues shut.  He then lands on a vibrating bed, and is vibrated until the sandpaper rubs his skin off.  He is then converted into dwarven hot pockets.
