Civilization Screen

In the in-fortress civilization screen, you only see civ's you've come into contact with listed, right? I see my dwarf civ on the fortress screen and all civs on the embark screen.

Correct, once the civ comes into contact with your fortress(baby snatchers, thieves, caravans) they are added to the c screen.
