Install of Fallout Mod

Ok so this is probably really stupid... But I can't figure out how to install this, and there's no wiki page on it. I downloaded the .rar and extracted it all, but there's no .EXE! Should I just copy the regular DF .EXE over and run it?

It will have folders in it. Find same named folders from the DF folder to help locate your "base folder". Backup you DF folder, then copy everything from the zip to the base folder. This is what you should do with everything.

I like to keep an installation of DF for every mod. It makes it easier to switch back and forth.
