[40d9] Dual Core has wrong FPS limiter

Fairly minor bug, as it's easily avoided, but a bug anyway. I got my new dual core processor a while back, installing it and all... and I noticed that the FPS for everything seemed to be capped at 66. After a bit of experimentation, I found out that by putting 150 into the init files for the FPS limit(gameplay, not graphical FPS), it runs at a normal 100.

In summary, the real FPS I'm getting is 2/3rds of what it's supposed to be. Not a clue why, and if any more information is needed about my system I can give it.

Actually, I have no idea what it is.  But it's not dualcores in general.
I have an E8600, which is dualcore obviously, FPS is capped at what I set the cap at as intended.

may be AMD dual core related then? i had similar problems with 40d9 with an AMD x2 4000+ dual core processor

AMD x2 6400+ here, FPS limiter's fine on mine. Used a majority of the 40d# releases, currently have a 40d9 fort.

Although, the fact that it's an AMD processor is probably PART of the problem...
The game is made for an Intel Pentium 3.
Hence it won't run as well on an AMD, being one of Intel's competitors.

Possibly a timing problem, yeah. I am using an AMD problem.

Maybe it's fixed in some of the later drivers or BIOS.
