Good news for you: according to wikipédia, Titans are the weakest of the megabeasts. With a militar like that you probally wont need to fear any of then though, except dragons, wich breath fire and fire is VERY dangerous on this game.

Try digging eveywhere in the bottom level.

Eventually you'll find Demons.
That should keep you busy.

But then, life was also easier when I was running around here pretending to be a man, so I guess I should just "man up" and get back to work.

Most maps haven't had demons sense DF went from 2D to 3D.  ;)

Which is rather unfortunate, but that's what the feature finder is for.

Its a classic from quantum mechanics: He hasnt looked in there to see if there are demons there or not, so both possibilities exist... maybe if he puts a lot of mental effort on it and tells his dwarves to dig, he will get a wrecked fortress :)

And the cat's may or may not be about to explode from the possible existence of the fire demons.

And on top of that they were probally breeding all the time and now the pit is cat-pressurized. That means a huge, fps killing amount of flaming cats and fire-demons flooding your fortress. You cant have a greater security challenge :)

Unless it is not full of cat's, in which case, nothing at all may happen.  And simultaneously kill your entire fort.
