Sparring Wrestlers Too Busy to Get Drunk???

My off-duty military Dwarves (Wrestlers) aren't drinking, despite my 1400+ booze in stock. They have been spending so much time sparring that they "can't remember the last time they had a drink". There's a full booze stockpile only eight paces away from the sparring room.

Ideas?

You've set them to always stock up on water in the squad setup ;)

Good news though, for the next version will feature the ability to carry booze in waterskins.

I think the upper left of the screen flickering between "FPS 1" and "FPS 0" is even worse than that.
