My dwarves brought lots of char bones out of nowhere
« on: January 16, 2009, 11:18:03 pm »

I dont even know what a char is, but my dwarves brought a lot of char bones with then then the fortress started even thought that wasnt listed in their departure itens, and did some weird things with then, such as placing one in the food storage for no reason and placing one in a dining hall table for no reason (Almost as if they were trying to eat it, I have a food suply thought :) ) before finally putting then all on the recently built refuse storage, a total of fourteen.

Char is fish. Your dwarves were eating the char, and then putting the bones in the refuse pile. This is because you either embarked with char or your fisherdwarves caught char.
