how do I upload graphics tiles and tilesets seeing as how I lack MS Paint?

 Don't worry, a trip to the local computer store could cure this pro-

 No, that's enough Mac bashing.

 I'm sure most OSs, can accept universal image formats, like Bitmaps and such. Don't tell me your Mac doesn't have Photoshop.

 Eh, discussion of OS's isn't the topic of this thread. We need to get your DF working!

 But yes, Photoshop works with Raster graphics and could thus work just as well. The only problem is having to load Photoshop, which depending on how it is configured could be an annoyance.

 Still, it works. Paint is more of a quick and dirty thing anyway, which works surprisingly well for DF graphics.

I've never used a mac (i'd like to, but have never had the chance), and i find it supricing that it doesn't come with something comparable to MSpaint...

To be helpfull: GIMP is free and mac-compatable afaik. i've got it and it should do the trick.

I use a program called GraphicsGale on my mac. It's designed especially for pixel art, although I'm not that used to it yet.

I use GG too, but only for modding Cortex Command.

Anywho, whats with the mac bashing? it seems like everyone hates anything that isnt Windows 98-xp.

Vista sucks too, so watch out Microsoft....
