For easier raw tweaking and editing

1. Two keys that reload the raws, and separately the graphics (the .bmp file and the relevant symbols and colours from the raws) in-game.

2. a. A short description of what each tag does and what the expected ranges for numbers are. This has the additional benefit of showing what the changes between versions are.
2. b. An indication which changes will matter mostly at worldgen or have an immediate effect (eg. prices).

Especially the first one is relatively little work, and would save a lot of time to see eg. which colour combination works best.

Seconded...especially since I plan to make a mod also, so this would be extremely helpful.  :)
[The wiki is great, but it's not perfect, and don't forget...some TAGs are obsolete already, and we gonna have buttload of new TAGs also.]
