world generation tweaking

i know world editing is sometime off in the future, but for now would it impossible to add a few parameters to world generation? like x% of dig sites are terrifying or z% of sites are scorching with no vegetation.

It's not impossible, but it takes time, since you can expect a ton of rejects if it doesn't do work to set the stage for the parameters you give to it.  So if you selected 25% terrifying start sites, you wouldn't get out of world rejection until many days had passed, most likely, unless the game intentionally created more evil regions, or more evil regions in close proximity to start sites.  I haven't jumped into this sooner because of these hassles.
