[40d] POW Massacre

I was having some goblin POWs drug to a pit I planned on flooding, but as they were being drug through the barracks, a couple passing crossbow-dwarves decided to use them as target practice.  Is this intentional or a bug?

It looks like a bug with the targeting.  I have a provision in there for that case, but it looks like something is very wrong with it.

Can goblins escape while they're being dragged and get instantly targeted?
