Attribute defination in raw files.

Disclaimer: I tried searching for a topic a similar... topic, but was unable to find one.

How about defining not only the attribute names, but also the effects in which they have, like creating agility attribute, which increases swing speed, (or something, I have no idea,) and speed attribute which increases walking speed.

But, instead of having 15 flat levels for attributes, how about the ability to define the levels in the raw.
0 str: +0 weight gain.
...
9 str: +900 weight gain.

or anything, but, like, you know? I think this suggestion came out totally bad, as I wrote it because of all the ideas in my head, but I hope you get the gist of it.
