Right now, decorations cannot be designated to specific items, and engravings cannot be commissioned of specific events, to my infinite chagrin.

The closest you can get is something like this:

x = dump/gem stockpile

Or something close to that. Probably would need a larger gem stockpile.

But anyways, dump whatever you want encrusted, get your gem setter inside, lock the door, and then he'll be forced to encrust exactly what you want.

Engravings can't be managed like this, however...Stuck with whatever your dwarves decided to put up...
