Apart from loosing a lot of stones and stuff I don't see the problem

If that "double whoops" thing is a couple of wooden doors, then that is irrelevant. Doors will always resist magma as long as they are closed, regardless of material.

I apologize if I missed something. I'm not used to uglysets(known by some people as graphic sets).

I probably didn't make it specific enough....

1) miners nick the magma pipe and let magma out into the corridor (whoops!) - I didn't know it was there.
2) mad scramble to wall off the affected section leaves mason behind the walls (double whoops!!)
3) masons name is "sizzledtools"

well I though it was hilarious anyway.
