Those crazy traders...

So, I got distracted by setting up a logic system, and didn't realize I ran outta food. Just as I noticed that a quarter of my fort's flashing brown arrows, a human caravan shows up, along with a goblin ambush, and a snatcher. The caravan guards take out the ambush (only 4 gobbos) and get to the depot. I'm trading for all the food they have, and they want to sweeten the deal with a forbidden arrow. I guess it was stuck in one of the guards...

BTW, Ive had a Grullock and Elf caravan arrive within the same year, fight through 4 goblin skirmirshes, only to arrive at my gate with a bundle of logs and a... cow... in a cage.

I say "a... cow...", because that bloody thing ran out and tried to kill a dragon. Bonus: already prepared!
