Hmm... what to do with a wrestling school?

Taking an idea from someone, I built a fort that was essentially just a wrestling school. I had a couple farmers and set everyone else to wrassle. I now have 12 champions and nothing for them to smash. They are antsy, I'm antsy...

What can I do with my champs? Can I provoke an attack from someone else?

 Smack the humans with ballista bolts.

 Smack the elves with ballista bolts, also cutting down the forests with your farmer.

 Leave the dwarves alone, they won't fight you.
