[40D] Murky poll not pressurizing.

Having started the Kobald Camp mod, I'm having a rather nice time playing with the architecture and design of my camp since there really is no trade good that I can make at all.  Eventually I get to digging a "well" (no rope in kobold camp), and encounter a couple strange things.

My Kobold dives into the pond and digs the submerged stairway first.

Okay, Kobolds have twice the street smarts as dwarves, I think to myself, so I let them continue, figuring that I just need to dig up under it.

Okay, I go, maybe not enough pressure to make a difference.

Sure enough, next rain, the pond fills up, and the other end of the tunnel just stays dry.

I haven't tried to re-create it.  Anyone experience this?

Only 7/7 water teleports and it will never teleport to a spot on the same level it is.  Water is working as intended.
