Ammo modding

Through trial and error I have succeded in making muskets (first mod) but I am having trouble with musket balls. Here they are

[ITEM_AMMO:ITEM_AMMO_BOLTS]
[NAME:musketball:musketballs]
[CLASS:BOLT]
[DAMAGE:120:PIERCE]

[ITEM:WEAPON:ITEM_WEAPON_MUSKET]
[NAME:musket:muskets]
[DAMAGE:80:PIERCE]
[WEIGHT:40]
[SKILL:SPEAR]
[RANGED:CROSSBOW:BOLTS]
[TWO_HANDED:0]
[MINIMUM_SIZE:5]
[MATERIAL_SIZE:3]

[RANGED:CROSSBOW:BOLTS]

should be

[RANGED:CROSSBOW:BOLT]

A common mistake. I presume you have removed crossbows from the equation? Otherwise you should change your item_ammo and class tags, because as it stands crossbows will now be firing musketballs.

Thanks. Deon actually helped me out here. I checked his fallout files, which has a huge amount of guns.

change to somehting like that and you should have no problem with the crossbows firing the musketballs ;)
