Any creature with a mouth can do this, I find its better than hitting unarmed

The only catch is they'll only do it if both their arms are immobilized/removed/badly damaged, as they will always attack with them as long as they can, and only bite once they can attack no other way

Yep, humans can do that. Once as an adventurer a demon broke both my arms so I bit him to death. I had demon chunks in my mouth untill the day I died. Mmmmm.

I made a new adventurer, and she (I'm too lazy) has gone out and killed a few mayors already. The downside of this is that I've alienated every human on the Southern side of the world.
