Our local dwarven government, The Lucky Smith, has the symbol of a bolt. It's a rather simple symbol, unlike its unusual name: "The Rounded Steamy Tower of Gears".

The civilization itself, The Lush Worthy Flag of Curiousity, uses the symbol of thick crescents; known as "The Simple Lantern".

Had a game once where the civ's symbol was elves.  The irony, or perhaps reason, being that they did not have contact with any elven civs.

Don't remember what they were called.  "The Pathetic Traitors" I'm sure.

My current fortress's are rather boring.

Local government:  The Massive Shield, symbol:  Three squares.
Civ:  The Labors of Blocking, symbol:  ...a dwarf.

...I imagine their motto is, "We're dwarves." ::)

My parent civ is "The Pointed Shaft"

My mountainhome is named Glazeroot.

Our symbol is... a fairy. -sigh-

I guess it gets lonely in the mountain.
