I was minding my fort when I saw this message.. what happened?

It's an interesting quirk that's been noted a couple times in the Bug Reports section of the forum.

I have a kitten that is doing the same thing in my fort - he carries a rat corpse around, drops it, and the message pops up.  I've grown complacent with seeing the red text down there, so I missed it when an alligator began consuming several Dwarves.  Only when the text turned purple did I realize I was in trouble.   8)

So, the only problem that seems to arise from it is that is spams your announcements.  I'm not aware of any fixes to this as of yet.

1. Add a mouth bodypart in the body raws
2. Give said mouth bodypart [GRASP].
3. Assign it to cats in the creature raws.
4. ???
5.  PROFIT!

Add

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

into the body_default in \Dwarf Fortress\raw\objects. Then open creature_domestic, scroll down to cat and replace MOUTH with CAT_MOUTH


Cats will now haul the rat in their mouth into the refuse stockpile
