Demon's Seed #10 Kobold-MoleDog empire overlap still happens on my computer, so you'll be able to use it in version 36g when I put that out this weekend (that'll be the last graphics fix version for a while).

There was also a bug that made only human players capable of leading armies.  That has now been fixed -- my kobold army was quite successful:
