Subterran Civs

with the newcave system implemented it should be possible to create subterran civs, so a new city tag for the entity

those citys are just like the human cities, except they use stone for their buildings, or simply carve and smooth them into the solid rock and of course are completly subterran.

this would be a great addition for drow and duergar mods ^^
