What do you change in the init.txt to make the window fit my screen?

(I have a graphics set)

If it's too big for your screen, you can't use that set.

To adjust the window, you'll want to give [GRAPHICS_WINDOWEDX:_] and [GRAPHICS_WINDOWEDY:_] different numbers, like 960 / 300 for a 12x12 set.

To adjust the window, you'll want to give [GRAPHICS_WINDOWEDX:_] and [GRAPHICS_WINDOWEDY:_] different numbers, like 960 / 300 for a 12x12 set.
Formula for default grid size:  tile length times 80 for x; tile height times 25 for y
If one or both number(s) come(s) out to be bigger then your rig (computer/monitor) can support, you can't use that tileset.
If both of them are under the maximum resolution your rig can support, you can use them as mentioned in quoted post.
