Warlike Goblins

Here's an idea on how to make goblins warlike again. Currently, wars are started over moral outrage. But for an evil, demon-worshiping race like goblins, this isn't appropriate. Goblins should go to war whenever they think they can win, or when they can get some loot from it.

As a quick fix, goblins could be offended by their neighbors being weaker or richer than they are. The only problem I foresee is goblins getting stronger with each victory and dominating other races.

Pardon me if this has been suggested before. I searched for goblins and war, but didn't find any matches.

The fix is when Toady adds initiative and expansion wars.

For example Humans are supposed to be Warlike as well

Now cannibal, barbarian, war-mongering elves, on the other hand... >:(  8)

I'd imagine that they'll regain some of their hosility when the caravan arc goes in so there are places and things to plunder.

After all, you don't have to be morally outraged at someone to start a war over resources.
