[40d] Fill bin, then put in stockpile

My dwarves are filling bins still in the bin stockpile with bars, then struggling to move the full (and therefore extremely heavy) bin to the bar stockpile.  Apparently when they decide to use a bin it
gets marked with the stockpile's ID first, before it's moved there?

They're getting superdwarvenly strong, but it's taking forever...

Actually, they aren't.

But this isn't really a bug, per say, it's just the way bins work.

Use iron screw pumps. Pump iron and get superdwarvenly strong.
