[40d] Kitten to injured, but total healthy

i got a wood burner with a kitten on embark, no i get about every 2 minutes a message the kitten is too injured to take something to stockpile. it has large roach remains in its mouth and is fully healthy (all withe).

well the wood burner got caught from a fire imp and the kitten was duty of the local butcher *coughs*
