Here's my idea: remove the tags from the arm and leg raws so that you can't grab people by the nose using your left lower arm. This leaves only the two useful options: left and right hand. Will it work?

I'm not certain, but it'd be easy to check.  The tag you're looking for is [liMB].  I don't think removing it would cause any problems.

You'd still be able to grab noses and such, but that'd still narrow down the options a lot.

I dunno, I still think it's realistic to break peoples legs with your upper arm or lower arm instead of your hands.

But it cuts down the options you have to scroll through to find what you're after. Also, no more of this tangled jumble of your left arm grabbing their foot and your left hand grabbing their right ear. It's just not likely, or even feasible.
