Okay, I've made a new metal called depleted uranium.
Its better than steel, and now dwarves use it instead of steel so they have depleted uranium battleaxes and such.
How do I make it so they dont?

Remove [WEAPON] from its definition.  You probably just want it to have [AMMO].

Or if the problem is that you don't want it to be so common, so that it can only be acquired after considerable effort in Fortress Mode, make it [DEEP].
