Loaded up my 39e save in 39f, noticed 0 idlers and my mead hall was disappearing. Rolled back the save and found from the stocks screen that all furniture located in a dining room/meeting hall was designated as dump and some dwarven renovation by lava was taking place.

Is this the pre-import save from 39e?  That'll be the one I want to look at, if you have it.  I have no idea why this would happen.  Even thing, if it doesn't reproduce, I'm not going to be able to figure anything out I think.

It looks like it may be a false alarm; I opened the pre-import save in 39e and all the items were already marked for dumping; I don't know how they got marked for that though.

Oh well, it's a fun mental image if nothing else. "THIS xQuarry Bush Leaves Roastx IS GARBAGE!" "AYE! WE'LL SHOW 'IM!" :Commence mead hall trashing.:

Maybe accidentally pressed the new dump-all-in-rectangle thing when you were trying to do something else?  I know people have forbid swaths of buildings by accident.  I guess it could pop up a confirmation window, at least if you are changing say 10+ items (or something init configurable).
