Cave-in Movie
« on: October 31, 2007, 12:02:00 pm »

I recently dug under a house in a human and elf town and had the two story building fall 15 levels into the ground. Enjoy

Why are there unconscious people around the hole afterwards? Debris shooting out of the hole onto ground level?

Oh, and neat. Good way to get rid of those CPU-hoggers, I assume.

And here is the next one.

Cave-in 2: The inn

I'll take votes on what else should be collapsed.
Merchant Shop?
Elf Retreat?
Goblin Fort?
Something else?
You decide.

[EDIT]
Sorry for the poor quality of his one I ahd to drop the refresh rate to boost my FPS. Check out the difference.

Darn, you beat me to making this thread.  I definitely did the exact same thing with someone's house.  One of my dwarves was sucked into the hole too, but was miraculously uninjured.  Everyone nearby ended up unconscious too.  I found that odd.

There is a blast when there is a cave-in. It hits everything within a few tiles of the cave-in and everything below it. As well it hits instantly.

code:

....   I   ....
...............
/=lever
_=bridge
I=support

the only problem i see is if the bridges count as support

While sleeping.
