Does collecting sand correspond to one of the labor preference designations, or does everybody do it (like harvesting)?

I think everybody goes ahead and does it right now.  I could put it under item hauling.

seems like a waste of bags to me.. 1 bag 1 load.. and then ocuppies 1 square each... will make more sense for dwarves to carry bags around (anyway) and dump multiple bags of sand into 1 barrel/bin
