Billon door in dining room
« on: July 28, 2008, 01:10:13 pm »

My mayor requests billon door in dining room. I say, well why not. I got plenty of billon bars. So i forged the door and placed it in his dining room. Guess what, the bugger is still demanding that stupid door. Well, I thought maybe he wants the door in public dining room. So I created another door but no - he's still demanding and getting more and more angry. I believe he's going to meet my green glass spikes in the Emigrants temple.
Or should I forgive him?

He wants it in his dining room. For all he cares it can be attached to the wall.

The golden rule of thumb when dealing with demands is that nobles are never selfless.

Well, building it IN the dining room really solved the problem. Thanks.

I think you can resize the room (with Q on the table) to include the walls and door, not just the space inside. This should let you simply mount the door as a door and keep him happy.
