No scrolling in Designations screen

Because of this bug (http://www.bay12games.com/forum/index.php?topic=21330.0) I switched to windowed mode.

I have discovered that in the Designations screen, the + and - keys aren't working to scroll me up and down the list of possible designations. (Mine, Channel, etc)

Once again, not a showstopper. But also a bug I can't find reported anywhere.

I think there has never been possiblity to scroll in the Designatons screen, so this isn't technically bug. Still, there should be possiblity, so it is kind of bug.
